A study suggests that more than 50% of India’s youth will lack the skills required to take up the jobs in 2030, that implies shortage of skilled human resource. This is not just the case with India but a global scenario. To ensure a healthy economy and flourishing society, we need to ensure that the youths are channelised in the right direction and utilised optimally.
To achieve this goal, we must offer the youth comprehensive exposure to various fields and opportunities, fostering the development of a clear and informed vision for their future. It is essential to guide them toward the most suitable career paths based on their interests and strengths. Alongside this guidance, we must prepare them thoroughly for these career options, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge. Moreover, providing them with initial, hands-on experience to apply their learning is crucial, allowing them to transition smoothly into their chosen professions and build confidence in their abilities.
This model was discovered by Tushar Topale after his job struggle of 1.5 years post his graduation. After completing his engineering from Vidyalankar Institute of Technology, Tushar Topale gained extensive experience working with industry giants like Microsoft, Mastek, Infosys, and IBM.
